OEM means the product is made to the buyer’s specification. The buyer owns the design; the manufacturer makes it to that design. Veltan Supply coordinates OEM leather goods on behalf of brands, matching the requirement to a suitable manufacturing partner in Pakistan and managing communication through production. We are not the manufacturer, and we do not represent our partners as our own facilities.
How OEM works with Veltan Supply
You provide the design, the materials, and the quality expectations. We check whether a partner can meet the requirement, share the specification with them, and bring back a quotation and sample plan. Once you approve, production is coordinated against the approved specification.
What OEM requires from the buyer
A complete specification is the most important part of an OEM project. This includes drawings or references, dimensions, material and hardware choices, colour standards, labelling, and packaging. The more complete the specification, the more accurate the quotation.
Quality and changes
Changes after sample approval can affect cost and timing, so they should be agreed in writing. Quality checks are coordinated through the partner, and the scope of inspection is defined in your project agreement.

Do you own the factory?
No. Veltan Supply is a sourcing and manufacturing partner. We coordinate production through partners in Pakistan.
Who owns the design?
The buyer owns the design. Please share only designs you have the right to use, and we will handle them confidentially in the project.
