Leather Wallets

Private-Label Leather Wallets With a Defined Layout

A wallet is a small product with many decisions packed into it. The card capacity, the cash section, the fold type, and the edge finish all affect how a wallet feels in the hand and how it wears over months. Veltan Supply helps brands specify wallets for men, women, or unisex collections and coordinates feasibility and sampling with manufacturing partners in Pakistan.

Fold and layout

Bifold wallets are the most common format, with trifold and cardholder-wallet designs used for slimmer ranges. Specify the number of card slots, whether a cash section is included, and whether a window or ID pocket is needed. Each addition changes the thickness and the stitch count.

Leather, lining, and edges

Leather thickness should suit the fold. Thicker leather is firmer but harder to fold repeatedly, so the thickness should be checked on a sample. Lining is usually a smooth fabric or a second leather layer. Edge finishing, including painted, burnished, or stitched edges, is one of the most visible quality markers in wallets.

Branding and packaging

Logos on wallets are typically embossed, debossed, or applied as a metal plate. The placement must work with the fold, and the logo must remain legible after repeated use. Packaging can include a branded box, a dust bag, or a card insert, subject to quantity.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer RFID-blocking wallets?

Any RFID-related feature must be specified and verified. We do not make security or protection claims unless the construction has been confirmed.

Can we add a personalised engraving?

Engraving and embossing can be discussed. Feasibility depends on the leather and the design.

Is a wallet a good first private-label product?

Wallets are a common starting point because they need relatively little material and have a short sample cycle. Your timeline depends on the design and the approval process.
