Do you own a factory?
No. Veltan Supply is a sourcing and manufacturing coordination partner. We work with manufacturing partners in Pakistan and do not describe them as our own facilities.
What products can you discuss?
The categories listed on our products page, including bags, backpacks, wallets, belts, jackets, gloves, caps, and custom leather accessories. We do not offer helmets, armour, firearm or holster products, or technical riding equipment.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums depend on the product, the materials, and the customization. We confirm them per project after your requirements are reviewed. We do not publish a single figure for all products.
How long does production take?
Timing depends on the product, the sampling rounds, and partner availability. We confirm an estimate once the specification is agreed.
Can I see samples before a bulk order?
Yes, where the project includes sampling. Sample costs and rounds are agreed in the quotation.
Do you have product photographs of your own?
Not yet. Images on this site are placeholders or illustrations unless we state otherwise. We do not present them as Veltan Supply products.
Do you have certifications?
We do not claim certifications on our own behalf. Any standard you need must be stated in your specification and verified for the specific product and partner.
Can you make protective or safety-rated products?
Only if the specific product and its test evidence are verified. We do not make protective claims by default.
Which countries do you serve?
We discuss destinations per project, including the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia. Shipping availability, costs, and timing depend on the destination and the agreed terms.
Do you use my designs confidentially?
We handle designs and specifications in the project. Please confirm ownership and usage rights in your project agreement.
How do I start?
Submit the request form or email us with your product, quantities, and branding requirement. We will review it and reply with the next step.
