A Sourcing and Manufacturing Coordination Partner
Veltan Supply is based in Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan. We coordinate custom leather goods sourcing, private-label development, and production for international businesses, working with manufacturing partners in Pakistan.
What we do
We help brands and retailers define leather products, check whether they can be produced, and coordinate the stages from sampling to delivery. We do not own the production facilities. Our role is to manage requirements, communication, and coordination through the partners we work with.
Who we serve
We work with fashion brands, independent leather goods labels, retailers and boutiques, motorcycle lifestyle brands, corporate and promotional buyers, and e-commerce brands. Our focus is on businesses that have a clear product direction and want a structured process.
How our sourcing model works
When a request comes in, we review the product, the materials, the quantities, and the branding. We identify manufacturing partners that suit the requirement and confirm their availability before offering a quotation. You then approve the specification, samples, and production stages before work begins.
How requirements are evaluated
We check the product category, the materials and construction, the quantities, the branding and packaging, and the target date and destination. Where a requirement is unclear or unrealistic, we tell you what needs to change rather than guessing.
How quotations are developed
Quotations are based on confirmed requirements. They state the scope, the sampling plan, the quantities, and any open points. We do not quote from an incomplete brief, and we explain any differences between options.
How production coordination works
Once specifications are approved in writing, we coordinate production with the partner, share progress, and arrange inspection and packaging where agreed. Changes after approval are agreed in writing because they can affect cost and timing.
