Biker Leather Jackets
Private-Label Biker Leather Jackets Built From Your Design
The biker jacket is defined by its silhouette: an asymmetric front zip, a stand or lapel collar, and hardware that reads clearly from a distance. Brands in motorcycle lifestyle and fashion both use the style, and the detail that separates a credible jacket from a generic one is usually the panel construction and hardware. Veltan Supply coordinates specification, feasibility, and sampling with manufacturing partners in Pakistan. Styling is the focus of this page. We do not describe these jackets as protective equipment.

Silhouette and panels
Panel lines, shoulder yokes, and quilted or plain panels all change the look. Provide a reference image and note which panels you want. Panel count affects cutting and sewing time, so it should be settled at the specification stage.
Hardware and zips
Asymmetric zips, buckles, epaulette studs, and cuff zips are common features. Hardware finish, weight, and the zip type should be chosen together. Matte black, antique brass, and nickel are typical finishes, subject to partner availability.
Lining, fit, and branding
Lining choice affects warmth and ease of wear. Fit should be reviewed on a sample, particularly across the shoulders and sleeve length. Branding is usually placed on an interior label, a hem tag, or a small metal plate at the collar.
Protective inserts
Some buyers ask about shoulder or elbow inserts. These are a separate specification. Any protective claim requires verified test data for the exact product, and we do not provide such claims by default.

Frequently asked questions
Are these jackets certified motorcycle gear?
No. Veltan Supply does not claim certification for any garment. If a protective standard is required, it must be specified and verified for that product.
Can you add a custom zip pull or hardware?
Custom hardware can be discussed. Tooling and minimum quantities are confirmed with the partner first.
Do you make biker jackets for women?
Yes. Women’s fit requires its own pattern, which should be discussed alongside the design.
